Welcome to PROQUAL ACADEMY. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (proqualacademy.com) and the purchase of our training courses and workshops. By enrolling in a course or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

PROQUAL ACADEMY is a professional training and certification provider offering courses in ISO standards, food safety management systems, quality management, laboratory quality assurance, IT, and related professional certifications.

2. Course Enrollment

• To enroll, you must provide accurate personal details (name, NIC/passport, contact information) through our enrollment form.
• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment is received and verified.
• You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is correct. PROQUAL ACADEMY is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate details.
• After successful payment, your enrollment details are recorded and our team will contact you with the workshop schedule and joining instructions.

3. Payments

• All course fees are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) for local students and US Dollars (USD) for international students, as applicable.
• Payments are processed securely through PayHere, a licensed payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
• The fee payable is the amount shown on the enrollment page at the time of purchase.
• A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide upon successful payment.

4. Workshops & Delivery

• Course schedules, dates, and delivery method (online/in-person) will be communicated after enrollment.
• Enrolled students may be added to a dedicated communication group (e.g. WhatsApp) for workshop coordination, using the contact number provided at enrollment.
• PROQUAL ACADEMY reserves the right to reschedule or postpone a workshop where necessary. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified and offered an alternative date.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion as described for each program.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a payment.

6. Student Conduct

• You agree to use our courses and materials for lawful purposes only.
• Course materials are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.
• PROQUAL ACADEMY reserves the right to remove a student from a program for misconduct, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our courses — including text, materials, logos, and certificates — is the property of PROQUAL ACADEMY and is protected by applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

PROQUAL ACADEMY provides training services in good faith. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or participation in our courses, to the extent permitted by law.
