• To contact you with workshop schedules and joining details (including via WhatsApp using the number you provide)
• To maintain our internal records and meet legal obligations

3. How We Protect Your Data

• Our website uses HTTPS encryption.
• Payment processing is handled by PayHere over a secure, encrypted connection.
• Access to student and payment records is restricted to authorized academy staff.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only where necessary:

• With PayHere, to process your payment
• Where required by law or a valid legal request

5. Data Retention

We keep your enrollment and payment records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond in line with applicable data protection requirements, including Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act.

7. Cookies & reCAPTCHA

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from automated abuse. This service is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
