Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when enrolling in a PROQUAL ACADEMY course. This policy explains when
and how you can request a refund for a course or workshop fee.
Summary
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel
your enrollment at least 3 days before the workshop start date. Cancellations
made less than 3 days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund.
1. Refund Eligibility
- 3 or more days before the workshop: Full refund of the course fee.
- Less than 3 days before the workshop: No refund, as preparations and resources have already been allocated.
- After the workshop has started or been completed: No refund.
- No-show (failure to attend without cancelling): No refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your Order ID and the email address used at
enrollment:
Please include the reason for cancellation. Requests must be received within the eligible
time window above.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayHere.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Any transaction or gateway fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Workshops Cancelled or Rescheduled by Us
If PROQUAL ACADEMY cancels or reschedules a workshop, you may choose either:
- A transfer to the next available workshop date at no extra cost, or
- A full refund of your course fee.
